How to Use the FertilitySure Cup
- After your partner ejaculates, stay lying down - do not sit or stand up to avoid sperm leakage.
- Turn the cup inside out so it looks like an umbrella. Hold it with the stem pointing toward your feet.
- Place one finger inside the upturned cup and gently insert it into your vagina.
- Once the cup reaches the top of your vaginal canal, hold it in place and gently pull on the stem to pop the cup back into its original shape.
- Leave the cup in place for 20 minutes, up to a maximum of 1 hour.
- After use, remove and clean the cup thoroughly according to instructions.

Important Safety Information
- This product is not a contraceptive and will not protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
- Do not use the cup during a yeast or bacterial infection. Resume use only after the infection has completely cleared.
