Application
Spread one drop of Eye Talk between the fingertips of your ringfinger. Tap it all along the bone of your eye socket from the nose, to the corner of your eye and along the eye brow. You can follow up with light smoothing strokes with your fingertips from the nose to the temple and smooth from below the brow to the outer side of the brow. You do not have to apply immediately underneath your eye lash.
