Here are the washing instructions for high-performance garments:
Use cold water and a gentle cycle: Hot water and vigorous agitation can damage the fabric and shorten its lifespan.
Avoid fabric softener: Fabric softener can coat the fibres, preventing moisture from wicking away.
Air dry: When possible, hang your clothes to air dry on a drying rack. If you need to use the dryer, use the lowest heat setting.
Turn clothes inside out: Before washing, turn all clothes inside out.
Separate lights from darks: Separate lights from darks as you would with any other load..
Use an enzyme-driven detergent: Enzyme-driven detergents are optimized for cold water and don't rely on heavy agitation to remove stains.
Consider professional cleaning: Some professional cleaning services specialize in cleaning technical outerwear.
