Rosemary oil is a powerful aromatic essentail oil. It has a high anti oxidant value and has been used for centuries by the romans and greeks.
Add a drop into your lotion or cream to help relieve muscle pain. Add a drop into your shampoo to improve scalp health.

Warning:
Always dilute rosemary oil with a carrier oil to avid skin sensitivity. Avoid mucus membranes, eyes and sesntive skin areas. Keep essential oils out of the reach of children and pets. Rosemary essential oil should not be used topically or diffused around children under the age of six.
Taking rosemary essential oil internally may interact with anticoagulant (blood thinning) drugs, ACE, diuretics and lithium.
