Instructions for Use:
Wash hands before using the aspirator.
It is recommended to sterilise the aspirator tip before and after each use.
Before using on your baby, test it on your own arm first to familiarise yourself with the technique and gauge the suction strength, so as not to startle or harm your baby.
To clear the nose, first attach the appropriate tip, position it against one nostril, and activate the device. Repeat for the other nostril. Continue this process until the nasal passages are thoroughly cleared.
If nasal mucosa is dry or thickened, spray saline solution into the nostrils. Allow the solution to fully contact the nasal passages for approximately 4-5 minutes before suctioning.
To ensure effective mucus removal, position the infant at approximately a 45-degree angle to the nostrils. Keep the infant upright or semi-reclined with the head elevated.
Alternating suction between nostrils also facilitates effective mucus clearance. Press each nostril closed with a finger for 1-2 seconds until mucus is fully extracted.
