It is specially formulated for cleaning of microwave ovens, rotisseries, ovens, grillers, cooker hoods, commercial hood extractor, stainless steel cooking utensils, frying pots, and generally all surfaces where burnt on food and carbon residues must be removed. Microwave Oven & Rotisserie Cleaner does NOT contain harsh alkalis such as Caustic Soda making it a great non-toxic, environmentally friendly cleaner which still cleans effectively.
