Fitting & Adjustment:
- Place the helmet level on your head, sitting low on the forehead without tilting backward or forward.
- Rotate the rear adjustment dial clockwise until the helmet fits snugly around your head.
- Adjust the side strap sliders under your ears to form a comfortable "V" shape.
- Fasten the chin buckle and tighten until secure-allowing room for one to two fingers between the strap and your chin.
