Hook Line & Drinker is a four player version of the well-known game Hook! Now with drinking rules. Throw the ring around the hook and move your shot glass one space forward, the rest of the players must then take a shot. The player who reaches the center first wins the game. It is possible to use any standard size shot glass. Divide into 2-4 players or teams. (If playing in teams, determine the order of play before you start. Also choose a "team drinker"). Each player/team chooses a player zone and a shot glass of the same color. Fill your shot glass with a drink of your choice and then place the shot glass on the empty space closest to you. At the same time, all players compete to hook their ring onto their hook. If playing in teams, take turns swinging - each player gets 3 turns before switching players. Each time a player/team gets it in the middle, the round wins! The winner must shout "drink" and all losers must drink their own shot glass. (In teams, the "team drinker" from the losing team takes the shot). To start a new round, all players/teams refill their shot glass and place it back in the starting position.
