Q&A

Q: Is my monitor compatible with this monitor arm?

A: Your monitor is compatible if it meets the weight & size limits (up to 32" and 19.8lbs) and has a standard VESA mount (75×75mm or 100×100mm). All our arms fit standard VESA patterns. Note: VESA holes may be hidden under the factory stand - remove the original base first. Consult your monitor manufacturer if unsure.

Q: What kind of desk can I install this arm on?

A: This arm supports two mounting methods: C-clamp (edge clamp) and grommet (through-hole) mounting. It works on any desk that meets the required thickness: C-clamp fits 10-65mm, grommet fits 10-75mm.

Not suitable for: glass, stone, or cork surfaces; desks with crossbars (limited clamp space); or uneven/beveled edges.

Q: Why does my monitor keep sagging/drooping after installation?

A: The arm comes with medium tension from the factory to cover a wide weight range. If your monitor is heavy, it may droop when released.

Fix: Lift the upper arm until it is parallel with the desk, then use the included Allen key to turn the tension dial in the "+" direction to increase support force.

Q: Why does the arm spring back up when I push it down?

A: If your monitor is very light, the arm may rebound after being pressed down.

Fix: Press the upper arm down until it is horizontal to the desk, then use the included Allen key to turn the tension dial in the "-" direction to lower the tension setting.

Important Reminder: Always use both hands to support the monitor during installation/adjustment. Only release it after you've confirmed the tension is set correctly. Always adjust tension with the arm held horizontal. Do not force the dial when it reaches the maximum or minimum stop.

Key Selling Features

  • A Desktop Stand

This is a desktop monitor stand, designed to sit securely on your desk or workbench. It frees up valuable desk space by lifting your monitor off the surface, giving you more room for your keyboard, notebook, and other essentials.

  • Two Mounting Options - C-Clamp or Grommet

You get both mounting options in the box. Use the C-clamp to attach to the edge of your desk (fits 10-65mm thick), or use the grommet mount for a through-hole installation (fits 10-75mm thick). No drilling required for the clamp - just tighten and go. Both methods are rock-solid and tool-friendly.

  • Gas Spring Arm - Smooth, Effortless Height Adjustment

Our industrial-grade gas springs have been tested to 50,000 cycles - that's over 20 years of daily use. Adjust your monitor height with just a light touch; the gas spring holds your screen steady at any position, whether you're sitting or standing. No slipping, no drooping - just smooth, reliable performance every time.

  • Tension Adjustment Made Simple - Tool Included

The gas spring tension dial lets you fine-tune the support force to match your monitor's weight. A light monitor? Turn it down. A heavy monitor? Turn it up. The adjustment requires the included tool - we've got you covered. Just lift the arm to horizontal, insert the tool, and dial it in within seconds. No guesswork, no hassle.

  • Full Motion Flexibility - Any Angle You Need

With 180 swivel, 90 tilt, and 360 rotation, you can position your screen in almost any direction. Tilt up or down for the perfect viewing angle, swivel to share your screen with colleagues, or rotate 360 for portrait mode - perfect for coding, reading documents, or design work. Precise angle adjustment ensures visual comfort and relieves neck and eye fatigue during long work sessions.

  • Sturdy Construction - Built to Last

Engineered with a high-strength steel core, this stand is built for stability and durability. It supports monitors up to 32 inches and carries up to 19.8 lbs per arm. The sturdy metal base ensures no wobbling or tipping, keeping your expensive monitor safe and secure. Clean, simple, and built for years of daily use.
