How to Use
Add the 1kg National Classic Boerewors Seasoning to approximately 20kg of meat, together with 1kg ice water and 250g vinegar.
Mix thoroughly until the seasoning is evenly distributed throughout the meat mixture, then fill into suitable sausage casings.
