The MC9-SC 1st Stage features a super-compensated membrane system that maintains optimal intermediate pressure as tank pressure drops, delivering peak airflow during the final phase of each dive. Precision engineering reduces body weight while retaining robustness, and a semi-flexible elastomer sheath protects against impacts and erosion. A stainless-steel HP seat resists deformation and extends service life, while the polyurethane valve guarantees mechanical resilience and compatibility with hyperoxic mixtures.
Internally, a streamlined air distribution chamber and CRESSI's PressureSync system ensure smooth inhalation and minimal pressure drop (0.5 BAR | 7.25 PSI), providing a natural breathing experience even under heavy demand. Two HP and four LP ports allow versatile hose configuration. The Compact Pro 2nd Stage, built from CRESSI's Thermoconductive Neopolymer, combines the lightness of thermoplastics with the heat transfer efficiency of metal. This exclusive material prevents freezing and maintains stable performance in extreme conditions. Its downstream valve system, adjustable Venturi effect, and oversized purge button ensure smooth breathing and easy clearing.
