Problem: My printer is not recognizing the new Toner
Reason: The Manufacturer develops billions of tiny chips that go on Toner Cartridges and sometimes one becomes corrupt in the manufacturing process. The chip is responsible for telling the Printer that you are installing a new Cartridge.
Solution: Take out Cartridge and give the tiny chip a wipe with a dry cloth and reinstall. If your screen displays an "OK" button after the message, click and continue. The chip may not read the level of Toner but will continue to print.
