• Coco is a real pleasure to work with. It's light, fluffy and not dirty because it's been washed.
• Coco peat, a.k.a. coco coir/coco pith/coco soil, is a 100% natural fibre made of coconut husks, it's a natural growing medium. Coco has excellent water retention and when fully saturated it still holds around 22% oxygen - Roots need both water and oxygen to thrive.

• Coco peat is a completely eco-friendly option for use as a growing medium. It makes use of the fibrous material of the coconut (coco coir) which is a natural by-product of the coconut farming industry. Coco peat is often mixed with perlite, vermiculite and other substrates to create the desired growing medium and is most effective as a growing medium when nutrients are added to the coco and when the pH of the medium is controlled.

• Coco is great for aerating your soil and increasing the amount of oxygen available to roots.
