A coco disk, also known as a coir disc or coco coir disk, is a gardening product made from coconut husk fibers. These disks are used as a growing medium for pot plants and offer several benefits. Preparation: Place the coco disk in water, where it will expand and soften.
Application: Once expanded, it can be placed on top of the soil in a pot. The disk will help retain moisture and suppress weed growth.
Planting: Some gardeners also use expanded coco coir as a soil amendment or a growing medium, mixing it with other components like perlite or compost.
