The perfect toning lotion for removing make-up from combination to oily skin.

How to apply:
On clean skin: soak two cotton pads with the Toning Lotion and lightly smooth over the face and neck. Leave the skin damp before applying your serum. It can also be used after a scrub or a mask to remove excess product and prepare the skin for the next step in your skincare routine.
