Give a metallic touch to your canes, jewels, decorative objects ... Cernit Metallic Polymer Clay has a very high mica particle content and offers stunning results with unrivaled brightness and metallic shimmer making it perfect for mica shift and so much more.

Perfect in thin layers for techniques like canes, mokume gane, faux gemstones, lighting crafts like night-lights, luminaires and more. The Metallic colors are perfect to give a realistic rendering, especially when sanded and polished. Use them together to give a trendy antique look.

If, after finishing, you want to add decorative elements such as buttons, butterflies or other forms created using silicone molds, the total piece can be placed again in the oven with the new elements.
Cernit Metallic is very soft, rank 1 on 4 (the firmest), so its kneading time is shorter than for the other clay brands. Odourless, the clay doesn't stain hands nor working materials. All colors can be mixed together.

Baking instructions for Cernit Metallic:
No Kiln is required - bake in your home oven! Bake for 30 minutes at 110-130°C (230-266°F) in a preheated oven.
When baked, Cernit is very strong and resistant to color change.

The Cernit metallic range has 14 colours available in 56g pieces.

Warning! Although Cernit polymer clays are non-toxic they are not suitable for children under 8 years old without adult supervision due to the modelling tools and baking procedures required. Not suitable for projects in contact with food.
