Microbeads offer a little bit more support than the now-popular memory foam system. The beads are a bit heavier bit when pressed against one another give a slightly firmer support.
Cellini have included their drawstring on the base of the pillow which can be tightened to close around the neck and therefore prevent any 'wobbling of your head' during travel. Microbeads won't compress as much as memory foam so it will need to remain in it's 'horseshoe' shape.
