The Ligum Fight Gear Ceiling Mount Bracket - General or Bag Hold - 500kg Rated + Swivel Attach is designed to create a secure, overhead mounting system for heavy bag training. Built for boxing, kickboxing, MMA, and conditioning work, it provides a fixed anchor point with controlled bag movement under load.
The ceiling bracket is manufactured from steel with a 5mm plate thickness, providing the rigidity required to manage static load, dynamic movement, and repeated impact transfer. When installed into a suitable structural ceiling surface, it maintains a stable suspension point for consistent training.
The integrated swivel system allows full 360-degree rotation, enabling the bag to move freely during strikes without rope twisting, chain binding, or hardware stress. This supports smoother movement and reduces wear across straps, chains, and connection points over time.
Constructed from stainless steel, the swivel and carabiners are resistant to corrosion and surface wear during regular use. The compact format keeps the system low-profile while remaining easy to handle, position, and install.
Supplied with expansion screws and carabiners, the set provides the core mounting components required for standard heavy bag installation.
With a maximum load-bearing capacity of 150kg, it is suitable for home gyms, boxing studios, and commercial training environments.
