How to use the Combo - When using both supplements together:
Take one Super 10 capsule and one Insulin Support capsule daily, preferably in the morning with or immediately after food. This provides a total daily intake of 20 mg CBD.
Do not take two capsules of each supplement on the same day, as this would exceed the recommended maximum daily intake of 20 mg CBD. For best results, use consistently alongside a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Refer to the enclosed package inserts for complete product information. Herbal supplements affect individuals differently. Some people may notice benefits sooner than others, while consistent daily use for approximately four to six weeks may be required before the full supportive effects are noticed.
