Installation steps:
Step 1: Connect one end of the buckle through the handrail to the other end.
Step 2: Adjust the Rod Holder to ensure that the ends of the buckle are the same distance from the handrails.
Step 3: Hold the strap over the buckle and adjust the length until the Rod Holder is tight.
Step 4: Place the rod on the holder and attach the Velcro.
