If your nipple measures 15-17mm, the 19mm insert is the ideal size for a more effective and comfortable pumping session. It slides easily into a 24mm flange and creates a better seal, reducing pain and increasing milk flow.
Why Flange Fit is Crucial
An ill-fitting flange can:
Rub or compress the nipple
Cause engorgement or blocked ducts
Reduce overall milk output
A well-sized insert ensures optimal suction and protects your delicate breast tissue.
