Designed for nipples measuring 13-15mm, this 17mm silicone flange insert helps improve milk flow and reduce friction. It fits inside a standard 24mm flange and is ideal for mums who find larger flanges uncomfortable or ineffective.
Why Correct Fit Matters
Using a flange that's too large or small can:
- Cause rubbing or swelling
- Reduce let-down efficiency
- Lead to blocked ducts or cracked nipples
Choosing the right size helps protect your breast tissue and support better milk expression.
How to Measure Your Nipple Size
Measure your nipple (not areola) after stimulation or pumping:
Flange Insert Size Nipple Diameter
15mm 11-13mm
17mm 13-15mm
19mm 15-17mm
21mm 17-19mm
Product Features:
- Made of soft, flexible silicone
- Fits snugly inside 24mm flanges
- Easy to clean and sterilize
- Improves suction and comfort
