Black Mamba is an ethical brand from Eswatini (Southern Africa) that manufactures Specialty foods that are good for you, good for the planet, and good for the rural communities of Eswatini. Our range includes chilli sauces, pestos, chutneys and jams, made with organically grown ingredients and no added nonsense.
Black Mamba sources its fresh, organic produce from Guba, a permaculture training organisation. Guba manages a growing network of over 50 smallholder farmers who grow fresh organic herbs & chillies for Black Mamba's products. The direct positive impact of this partnership reaches over 1,000 individuals in Eswatini.
Black Mamba has won several Great Taste Awards in the UK for all our range of chilli sauces, and we have won several South African Aurora Awards for our chilli sauces and pestos.
Ingredients:
Cayenne Chilli Sauce: Vinegar, Chillies (22%), Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Water, Salt, Herbs, Xanthan Gum (stabilizer).
Jalapeno Chilli Sauce: Vinegar, Jalapeno Chillies (13%), Green Peppers (13%), Ginger, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Onion, Water, Sugar, Salt, Herbs, Stabilizer (Xanthan Gum).
Habanero Chilli Sauce: Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Orange Juice, Habanero Chillies (12%), Onion, Carrots, Garlic, Water, Salt, Herbs, Spices, Stabilizer (Xanthan Gum).
Pineapple Chilli Sauce: Pineapples (38%), Pineapple Juice (19%), Sugar, Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Chillies, Salt, Xanthan (Gum stabilizer).
No allergens - sauces are produced in a factory that uses macadamia nuts.
Care Instructions:
Store in a dry cool place
Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 months
Shelf life of sauces: 30 months from production.
