NILOCOAT R by BituNil is a rubberized bitumen coating engineered for high-performance damp-proofing, vapor barrier protection, and as a bonding adhesive for construction materials. Formulated with SBR-modified bitumen, it delivers excellent resistance to water vapor penetration and will not re-emulsify even after long-term water contact - making it a reliable choice for below-grade and structural waterproofing applications.

How to Apply
- Clean and repair the substrate thoroughly.
- Prime porous surfaces with NILOCOAT R diluted 1:1 with water; allow to dry.
- Apply two coats at 0.6-0.8 kg/m each, with the second coat at a right angle to the first.
- For sandwich/membrane construction, blind the wet second coat with clean sharp sand before applying a screed or backfill.
- As an adhesive, apply to both surfaces, allow to become tacky, then press firmly together.
Storage: Store under cover between 5 C and 40 C. Keep frost-free.
Safety: Avoid contact with eyes, skin and mouth. Wear protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection during use.
