How to Install & Use Unbox:
- Take out the mat, cord, and EU adapter. Connect:
- Plug one end of the cord into the mat's tab.
- Position: Place under feet/hands, on knees, on a desk, on a chair, on a bed, or use as a yoga mat. Use direct skin contact.
- Plug In: Insert into a grounded EU outlet - see picture
Ensure Good Contact:
Black side faces up and must touch skin for grounding to work.
Care Instructions:
- Wipe with a damp cloth regularly.
- For a deeper clean: lukewarm soapy water only.
Do not machine wash - will damage the mat
