BabyNature Infant Massage Oil: How To Use:
Pour a little oil (pea size) in your hands and rub together. Massage your baby for 5 - 10 minutes with slow, gentle rhythmic movements, avoiding the face, fontanelle and genital areas. You can increase the benefit by massaging after a bath (use a few drops of BabyNature Sleepy Baby Bath Oil in the bath).
Note: Keep all products out of reach of children. Do not apply to irritated skin or if there is a skin rash.
Tip: One of the most beneficial places to massage are the soles your baby's feet. Use firm, but gentle, slow strokes from heel to toe and watch your baby relax.
