- To reduce feedback, start at a low volume, select a suitable ear tip and make sure the ear tip fits securely.
- If you hear continuous whistling or screeching, lower the volume, change the ear tip size and adjust the position of the device. Do not continue increasing the volume.
- If the device feels too tight, causes pressure or becomes painful, remove it and try a different ear tip size. Do not force the device deeper into the ear canal.
- If persistent pain, irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use.
- This product is not waterproof. Do not use it while showering or swimming, and keep it away from direct water, excessive moisture and high temperatures.

HOW TO REDUCE FEEDBACK OR SCREECHING
Feedback may occur when the sound amplifier does not fit correctly or when the volume is too high.
- Start with the lowest volume setting.
- Select the ear tip that fits your ear canal most securely.
- Make sure the silicone ear tip is properly attached.
- Insert the device gently and adjust it to a suitable position.
- Make sure the ear tip fits securely without excessive pressure.
- Avoid touching or covering the microphone while the device is operating.
- If you hear whistling or screeching, lower the volume and reposition the device.
- If the feedback continues, try a different ear tip size.
- Do not increase the volume when feedback occurs.
Important: Some background noise or acoustic feedback may occur during use, particularly at higher volume levels or when the ear tip does not fit correctly. The amount of feedback may vary depending on the user's ear shape, fitting method, volume level and surrounding environment.
FIT AND COMFORT INFORMATION
This product uses an in-ear earbud-style design. Individual ear canals and ear shapes vary, so the same product may feel different from one user to another.
The included 6 silicone ear tip sizes provide different fitting options. Choosing the correct ear tip is important for both comfort and reducing acoustic feedback.
If the earbud feels too tight, causes pressure or becomes painful:
- Remove the device and allow your ear to rest.
- Try a smaller ear tip.
- Reposition the device instead of pushing it deeper into the ear canal.
- Do not force the device into the ear.
- Discontinue use if pain or irritation continues.

TROUBLESHOOTING
NO SOUND
If there is no sound:
- Check whether the device has sufficient battery power.
- Check whether the volume is set appropriately.
- Make sure the ear tip is correctly attached.
- Check whether the sound outlet is blocked by dirt or earwax.
- Try another ear tip size and reposition the device.
HIGH-PITCHED WHISTLING OR SCREECHING
A high-pitched sound is usually caused by acoustic feedback. This can happen when amplified sound from the speaker is picked up again by the microphone.
Try the following:
- Lower the volume.
- Try a different ear tip size.
- Make sure the ear tip fits securely.
- Reposition the device.
- Avoid covering the microphone.
- Avoid placing the device close to external sound sources.
If noticeable feedback remains after trying different ear tip sizes and lower volume settings, discontinue use rather than repeatedly increasing the volume.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Wipe the device with a clean, dry cloth only.
- Use the included cleaning brush to gently remove dirt from accessible areas.
- Do not rinse or immerse the device in water.
- Keep the device away from excessive heat, dust and moisture.
- Do not use hairspray, aerosol products or other chemical sprays while wearing the device.
- Do not use the device while showering or swimming.
- Store the device in a dry location when not in use.
- Place the device in the charging case when not in use.
CHARGING
- Fully charge the earbuds and charging case before first use according to the included charging instructions.
- Make sure the charging contacts are clean and dry before charging.
- Place the earbuds correctly into the charging case when charging.
- Do not use the device while it is charging.
