Directions for Use
Capsule Machines
- Empty 100ml (single dose) into the water tank with 500ml water to create the descaling solution.
- Place a large container under the brew spout and run approximately 200ml of solution through the brew cycle into the container.
- Run approximately 200ml of solution through the steam wand (if fitted) into the container.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the solution is used up, allowing the machine to sit for 5 minutes between each run.
- Empty and rinse the tank thoroughly.
- Rinse the machine by running one full tank of clean water through the machine.
- After descaling, wipe surrounding surfaces with a damp cloth.
Kettles & Urns
- Empty 100ml (single dose) into the appliance with 500ml of water. For larger appliances and urns, use 200ml (double dose) in 1 litre of water.
- Bring the appliance to boil and allow the solution to stand for 10 minutes.
- Carefully empty the appliance into a sink and rinse thoroughly before use.
- Wipe surrounding surfaces with a damp cloth after cleaning.
Usage Frequency
Use every 3-6 months depending on water quality and appliance usage.
