AlphaState Barbell Grips

Fat grips are used to increase the diameter of the shaft / handle of barbells, dumbbells, cable machine handles or pull-up bars, effectively training your grip strength by increasing muscle activation.

Increasing the strength of your grip leads to overall strength improvement by up to 10%, eliminating chronic elbow pain or overuse injuries in your wrists and elbows.
