AlphaState's Double Barrel Dumbbells are Olympic adjustable dumbbell bars, offering the flexibility of an Olympic bar in a compact dumbbell form. Sold as a pair, these high-quality bars are compatible with Olympic weight plates, allowing you to customise your load for various exercises. Each dumbbell bar weighs 3.8 kg, providing a solid starting weight before additional plates are added.
Built for performance and durability, these bars feature smooth, rotating sleeves with one needle bearing and copper bushing to ensure a seamless, natural range of motion, reducing strain on your wrists and forearms. The sleeves are finished in sleek chrome for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance, while the shaft has a rugged black oxide finish, providing both a striking look and a secure, anti-slip grip.
Perfect for exercises like shoulder presses, bicep curls, and tricep extensions, these adjustable dumbbells are a must-have for anyone looking to maximise their lifting potential.
