A4 Thermal Paper Roll 210mm 7m Portable 2-Pack | ZAPOS

ZAPOS A4 Thermal Paper - 2-Pack of Continuous Rolls for Portable A4 Thermal Printers.

Out of paper for your portable A4 thermal printer? This 2-pack of high-quality direct thermal paper rolls is sized exactly right (210mm wide x 7m long) to fit the popular range of portable A4 thermal printers - including Phomemo M08F, Munbyn, iVCSO, JADENS, HPRT and most other A4 pocket thermal printers on the market. Drop a roll in, switch the printer on, start printing - no ink, no toner, no setup, just clean black text and images straight from your phone or laptop.

Two rolls in the pack means a couple of months of casual printing for the average user before you need to restock. Each roll is a continuous 7-metre length, ready to cut to whatever page length your printing app sets - full A4 pages, small index-card sized notes, mind-map sections, or photo strips.

Why You'll Love It:

• Sized for A4 Portable Thermal Printers - 210mm wide x 7m long, the exact size needed by the most popular portable A4 thermal printers - Phomemo (M08F, M08F-Letter, A4 Mini), Munbyn, iVCSO, JADENS and HPRT. If your portable printer takes "A4 width" rolls, this paper is the right fit.
• Direct Thermal - No Ink, Ever - Heat-sensitive paper that's marked by the print head's heat - no ink cartridges, no toner, no ribbons to buy. The whole reason to own a portable thermal printer is the no-consumables lifestyle, and this paper keeps that going.
• Continuous Roll - Cut to Any Length - Each 7-metre roll is continuous, so you can print A4-sized pages, half-pages, photo strips, index-card-sized notes or any other length your printing app generates. The printer's built-in cutter or tear bar handles the cuts.
• Crisp, Clean Print Quality - High-quality thermal coating delivers sharp, dark, evenly distributed prints - perfect for study notes, photos, mind maps, lists, screenshots, social media exports and any other content you're printing on the go.
• 2-Pack Value - Two full rolls in the box means a couple of months of casual printing for the average user. Buy in advance so you're never caught out by a paper shortage mid-session.
• Compact and Easy to Store - Small rolls take up far less space than a stack of A4 paper or ink cartridges. Keep a spare in your bag, your desk drawer, your study kit - wherever your portable printer goes.

Important Notes - Please Read Before Buying:

• This is paper for PORTABLE A4 THERMAL PRINTERS only. It is NOT compatible with: - Receipt printers (which use 80mm or 58mm rolls - different size) - Label printers (which use adhesive-backed labels, not plain paper) - Inkjet printers (no ink needed for thermal - but thermal paper won't work in an inkjet either) - Standard A4 office printers (laser or inkjet - wrong paper, will jam)
• Make sure your portable thermal printer takes 210mm x 7m rolls before ordering. Some A4 portable printers use different roll sizes (e.g. some use 216mm "Letter" width instead of 210mm A4). Check your printer's manual or the supplier's website for the exact paper roll spec.
• Thermal paper is heat-sensitive - direct sunlight, heat from radiators or warm car interiors will fade the print over time. For long-term archival, scan or photograph thermal prints shortly after printing.
• The print can fade over months even in normal storage. Thermal paper is designed for short-to-medium term reference printing, not multi-year archival storage. If you need permanent records, use a laser or inkjet printer on regular A4 paper instead.

How to Load:

1. Open your portable A4 thermal printer's paper compartment
2. Remove any empty core left from the previous roll
3. Drop the new ZAPOS thermal paper roll in, making sure the heat-sensitive side faces the print head (usually the smoother / coated side)
4. Pull a few centimetres of paper through the printer's paper exit slot
5. Close the compartment and print a test page to confirm orientation
6. If the test prints blank, the roll is loaded upside-down - flip it and try again

Care and Storage:

• Store unused rolls in their original packaging in a cool, dry, dark place. Heat and direct sunlight cause unprinted thermal paper to discolour and lose sensitivity.
• Keep paper away from solvents, plasticisers (some PVC products) and oils. These can react with thermal paper and cause spotting or fading.
• Printed thermal output should also be stored away from heat and sunlight if you want it to last beyond a few months. For long-term storage, scan or photograph important prints.
