This under-counter Reverse Osmosis (RO) filtration system is designed to deliver the purest and most refreshing water right into the heart of your home. With a multi-stage filtration process, including PP, GAC, CTO, RO Membrane and mineral replacement cartridge, this advanced system ensures that every drop of water you consume is free from impurities and brimming with essential minerals.
The first stage of filtration is the PP (Polypropylene) filter, which effectively removes sediment, sand, and other larger particles from the water. This initial step protects the subsequent filters, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
The second stage GAC (Granular Activated Carbon) targets chlorine, organic compounds, unpleasant odors and tastes. The highly porous carbon material absorbs and adsorbs these impurities, leaving you with crisp, clean, and great-tasting water.
The third stage CTO (Chlorine, Taste, and Odor) filter further enhances the water quality by focusing on removing residual chlorine, additional organic compounds, and any lingering tastes or odors. This stage ensures that your water free from any unpleasant after taste or smell.
The Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane has 0.1nm pores which are impervious to bacteria, viruses and yeasts and ensures that there is a physical barrier through which tese pathogens cannot pass. It also removes >95% of minerals and salts such as flouride, nitrates, heavy metals.
The Mineral Filter reintroduces essential minerals removed by the RO membrane such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium, which are crucial for maintaining a healthy balance and enhancing the natural taste of the water. The booster pump ensures that even when mains pressure falls below 4bar the system will produce the 275LPD (liters per day) design flow rate.
The replaceable filter cartridges are long-lasting, ensuring a consistent flow of purified water. Regular filter replacements are effortless, allowing you to maintain the system's effectiveness over time. Filter cartridges should be replaced every 3-12 months depending on your raw water quality. The RO membrane should be replaced every 12-24 months.
