How To Use:
1. Make sure the hook with the pulley is fixed in a firm place;
2. Hang the item with a hook with one end and a rope connecting it;
3. Ascending the height of the suspended item, you can pull down the end of the rope without the hook;
4. Lower the height of the suspended item and push up the stop lever in the pulley while pulling down the end of the rope with the hook.
