Silicone Tubes: Each set includes two silicone tubes. One tube, featuring a closed tip, is designed for administering liquid medications; the other, with an open tip, is intended for administering small pills. If you need to administer larger pills, we recommend grinding them into a powder and diluting them with water before feeding.
Instructions for Use: Place a small pill into the tip of the feeder, or draw liquid medication into the feeder's barrel. Insert your index and middle fingers into the finger rings located at the end of the feeder. With your other hand, gently support your pet's head and muzzle area, then apply slight pressure to the sides of their jaw joints to encourage them to open their mouth. Finally, aim the feeder toward the back of the throat and quickly push the plunger to administer the medication.
Dimensions: Length 16 cm, Width 6 cm. These dimensions accommodate most standard medication sizes and are also ideal for feeding young animals that have not yet begun to eat independently. The ring-shaped handle design allows for a secure finger grip, making the entire feeding process easier to control.
Tip: If you need to administer large-sized tablets, we recommend grinding them into a powder and mixing them with water to form a paste; then, load the paste into the open-tipped silicone tube for feeding. Attempting to insert large tablets directly may result in a failed administration.
