How to Use
- Clean and dry a smooth, flat countertop.
- Position the sharpener flat on the surface.
- Press the rear locking lever fully down to secure the suction base.
- Select the appropriate sharpening slot.
- Hold the knife blade vertically and draw it through the slot from heel to tip.
- Repeat 3-5 times using light pressure and movement in one direction only.
- For scissors, open the scissors and sharpen each blade through the dedicated scissor slot.
- Lift the locking lever to release the suction base after use.
