Perfect for South African beginner to intermediate anglers, sea fishing enthusiasts, travel anglers, weekend fishermen, camping and road trip enthusiasts, and casual freshwater/saltwater anglers targeting bass, trout, and carp-this 1.8m carbon fiber telescopic fishing rod combo is a complete, portable kit available in 3 stylish color options, built for South Africa's diverse fishing spots, from coastal shores to inland dams.
Made with a durable carbon fiber rod (1.8m/70.86", 5 sections, closed length 42.4cm/16.69", rod weight 123.4g/4.35oz), paired with a matching spinning reel based on your color choice: GLB1000 (green), NX2000 (blue), DA2000 (gold), with gear ratios of 5.5:1 or 5.2:1. This combo offers ultra-light weight, corrosion resistance, even in South Africa's humid coastal saltwater conditions, and compact portability. The kit includes over 260 pieces of pre-selected tackle, 100m fishing line, and a double-layer carry case-everything you need to hit the water at popular spots like the Wild Coast, Hartbeespoort Dam, or the Vaal River.
The telescopic design makes the rod easy to pack for South African road trips, camping, or day trips to your favorite fishing hole, while the reel's ergonomic handle and smooth drag system ensure comfortable use during long sessions. The included tackle is pre-selected for South African freshwater and saltwater species, making this kit ideal for both shore fishing and light boat trips. It's also the perfect gift for birthdays, Christmas, or Father's Day for young anglers looking to get into fishing.
