This 3-button folding car key shell is a replacement remote key housing compatible with selected VW, Skoda and SEAT models. It is suitable for replacing a worn key housing or broken buttons while keeping your existing remote components.
Compatibility
Compatible with VW Golf MK6, Polo 6R, Beetle 5C, Golf 1K from 11/2009, Golf AU, Jetta VI, Scirocco III TYP13, Eos 1F, Touran 1T, Sharan 7N, T5, Caddy 2K and Tiguan 5N. It is also compatible with Skoda Citigo, Fabia 5J, Rapid NH, Superb 3T and Yeti 5L, as well as SEAT Mii, Ibiza 6J, Leon 1P, Leon 5F, Toledo KG, Altea 5P and Alhambra 7N.
No Programming Required
No programming is required for this key case shell. Simply open your existing key with a screwdriver and move the internal parts across, including the transponder, battery, remote control unit and other electronics, into the new housing.
Material and Design
Made from improved ABS plastic and zinc alloy, this folding key case is robust, wear-resistant and durable. The button cover is designed to be easy to press without affecting the key signal, and the 1:1 key shape is made to match the original key housing closely. The key shell size is 3.3 x 7 x 1.8 cm.
