To Steam:
Add 1-2 Tbs to 2 litres of boiling water and cover your head and the bucket with a towel & inhale the steam
To Bath:
Add Cup of the salt to your bath water
In your Humidifier:
Dissolve 1tbs of salt in 1 tbs of boiling water, let cool and add to the top of your humidifier where you would normally add your essential oils
