Featuring a thick wall design with an average wall thickness of 3.3 mm (.13"), the 1594EWBK provides enhanced structural strength for industrial and professional applications. The enclosure interior is specially masked and coated with a conductive RFI/EMI copper layer, offering more than 75 dB attenuation from 1 MHz to 1 GHz. This makes it ideal for protecting sensitive electronic components from electromagnetic interference.
Designed for flexible installation, it supports both vertical and horizontal PCB mounting (optional PCB card guides available). The countersunk lid is secured using four M3 x 0.5 Phillips machine screws threaded into integral brass bushings, ensuring secure closure while allowing repeated assembly and disassembly without compromising integrity.
