The 1590WNFL Diecast Aluminum Flanged Lid Enclosure is a compact, rugged housing designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits in demanding environments. Made from tough yet machinable diecast aluminum alloy, it ensures long-lasting durability while remaining easy to modify for custom applications.
Its flanged lid allows for secure mounting, while the lap joint construction provides protection against dust, splashing water, and enhances EMI/RFI shielding. The enclosure includes a silicone gasket (supplied loose), enabling it to achieve an IP65 watertight rating, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
The unpainted version has a smooth vibra finish with no sharp edges, while the textured black version is coated with a durable polyester powder paint for a professional, lasting appearance. Factory-tapped holes and included screws ensure easy assembly.
