The 1590LBFLBK Diecast Aluminium Multipurpose Enclosure is a compact, flanged housing suitable for electronic projects and PCB mounting. Built from rugged diecast aluminium alloy, it provides excellent strength while remaining easy to machine for custom modifications.Its lap joint construction protects against dust and splashing water and also enhances EMI/RFI shielding. The enclosure features a textured black finish with smooth edges and factory-tapped screw holes for secure lid attachment.Designed to meet IP54 protection standards, it can be upgraded to IP65 watertight rating with an optional gasket (sold separately). The flanged lid allows easy mounting to panels or surfaces, while low side wall draft angles facilitate PCB installation.
