The 1554HGY ABS enclosure is a robust housing solution for printed circuit boards or DIN rail-mounted components. Crafted from durable ABS plastic in light gray (RAL 7035), it provides reliable protection against dust, water, and oil, making it ideal for demanding indoor and outdoor applications.
The enclosure features a gasketed lid with a two-piece tongue-and-groove design and a high-temperature UL-listed silicone gasket (supplied loose) to ensure a secure seal. The lid is fastened with included M4 stainless steel machine screws threaded into corrosion-resistant bushings for repeated assembly and disassembly. Screws are self-captivating, and lid holes are pre-threaded for easy installation.
Internal features include DIN rail mounting tabs, threaded M3 brass inserts or standoffs for PCB or inner panel mounting, and vertical PC card guides for 1.5 mm thick PC boards, allowing flexible mounting and component arrangement.
