A refined expression of a timeless classic. This blend pays tribute to the original Earl Grey, named after Charles Grey, the Second Earl Grey of the 18th century. It is based on premium black tea leaves and delicately flavoured with the essence of bergamot, a citrus fruit native to southern Italy.
What sets this version apart is the elegant addition of blue cornflower petals. These vivid blossoms not only enhance the visual charm of the blend but also bring a soft floral dimension that complements the citrusy aroma of bergamot beautifully.
A distinguished cup that brings together tradition and charm. Ideal for those who appreciate complexity, elegance and a touch of history in every infusion.
Serving suggestion:
We recommend brewing black tea with water at around 95 degrees Celsius. Steep the tea for approximately 3 minutes, then taste to see if the strength suits your preference. If you desire a stronger brew, you may steep it for another minute or two. Use a teapot with an infuser for best results. If a teapot is not available, an infuser ball, infuser cup, or a fine mesh strainer will also work well. For each serving, use about 3 to 4 grams of loose leaf tea, or roughly one teaspoon. This tea may be steeped a second time; simply extend the brewing time to draw out the remaining flavour.
